About Chloe

About Chloe Gross
I am a fully qualified, registered and insured Life Coach, ACT trained (Acceptance & Commitment therapy), Mindfulness Teacher, Wellness Coach, NLP Practitioner and homeopath working in London. I have worked in the health and caring industries for over 10 years. I am a registered member of the Complementary Medical Association.

I started my early career in Psychology and later embarked on my BSc Homeopathy training. I felt homeopathy combined my love of psychology with my passion for health. I feel incredibly lucky to use homeopathy with my family and even more so to be able to work with my clients.

In 2016, I furthered my skills and qualified as a life coach, wellness coach and NLP practitioner. Coaching seemed like a natural progression for me. I found that coaching was already such a big part of what I was doing with my clients, I wanted to make it a formally recognised qualification. Now I see clients as a coach for many different aspects of well-being and more specifically to help increase confidence and self-compassion ,manage stress and overwhelm and help with personal development among other things.

More recently I qualified as a Mindfulness Teacher/Coach and have completed additional training in ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy) which bring invaluable, practical tools in my coaching sessions.

I believe when life throws you a curve ball, there are choices in how you intercept it. We cannot control external events and life is not even close to perfect, however it is a choice in our reactions and how we choose to let events/people affect our life and inner well-being. It is my own life events that have led me to learning different disciplines and skills and wanting to share these in the hope of helping others on their life journey.

I believe that knowing your values (deepest desires) truly inspires, guides and motivates the way you live your life and the decisions you make. If you live your life by your values, you are living a life that is meaningful to you, resulting in a happier, more enriched life. This is why generally part of our work together is clarifying your values.

Our work is very much action-based, my aim for you is to see change, it doesn’t have to be drastic or big (although it can be), it can be as simple as small, daily changes which have the potential to make a huge difference in the way you are live your life, the way you feel and your outlook. This means after each session I like you to have an action plan, something practical you can take away and use actively to make a difference in your life between our sessions.

Techniques vary from session to session and person to person. Sessions with me are bespoke and I use a variety of techniques tailored to you. I have a toolbox filled with psychological skills, grounding/anchoring exercises, self-compassion exercises and mindfulness techniques. I also use/recommend affirmations, journaling, meditation and lots of other things if they are appropriate or liked by you, the client.

We would work together as a team to help you build the sort of life you want to live, it is an equal partnership led and guided by you.

“Thought is not reality; yet it is through thought that our realities are created.”
